Question 26

Why was my card payment declined?

Accepted Answer

A card payment may be declined because of incorrect card information, insufficient funds, disabled online or international payments, bank security restrictions, failed 3D Secure verification, transaction limits, or a billing-information mismatch. If the information entered is correct but payment continues to fail, contact your bank, try another available payment method, or contact JPVapes support at info@jpvapes.com or https://line.me/ti/p/JQ8ZED4rkC.

Question 27

What is 3D Secure verification?

Accepted Answer

3D Secure is an additional security step used by many card issuers for online purchases. Your bank may ask you to verify the transaction through its app, a password, a one-time code, biometric verification, or another method. The verification process is controlled by your card issuer.

Question 28

My payment was charged, but I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes a payment authorization can appear before the order status is fully updated. Do not immediately submit the same payment again. First, check your email, spam folder, and JPVapes account. If the order is still not visible, contact JPVapes support with the payment date, amount, and any available transaction reference. For security, never send your full card number or security code.

Question 29

Why is my payment showing as pending?

Accepted Answer

A pending payment usually means the transaction has been authorized but has not yet been fully completed or settled. This may happen because of bank processing times, fraud checks, payment-provider verification, or blockchain confirmation times. Your order can be processed once the required payment confirmation is received.

Question 30

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

Accepted Answer

If payment has not yet been completed, JPVapes may be able to provide another payment option. Once a payment has been successfully completed, the payment method usually cannot be changed for that transaction. Contact JPVapes support before attempting a second payment.

For some international payment methods, your payment provider or bank may perform a currency conversion. The final exchange rate and any conversion fees may be determined by your bank or payment provider.

Question 32

Will I be charged a foreign transaction or currency-conversion fee?

Accepted Answer

JPVapes does not control fees charged by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or transfer service. Depending on the payment method, you may be charged foreign transaction fees, currency-conversion fees, international transfer fees, or blockchain network fees. Review any applicable fees displayed by your payment provider before confirming payment.

Question 33

Can I use a card issued outside Japan?

Accepted Answer

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, other supported credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Wise, Venmo (U.S. only), Zelle (U.S. only), and cryptocurrency: ETH, BTC, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and USDT. Available payment instructions are shown at checkout.

Question 34
