Vaping products are sold to adults only. You must be of legal age to purchase vaping products in Japan, and you confirm that you are when you place an order.

We may refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and it has been dispatched. We may decline an order where stock has run out, a price was listed in error, or the order cannot be lawfully fulfilled.

Prices are shown in Japanese Yen and include any applicable fees stated at checkout. Payment must clear before an order is dispatched. Where a payment method requires you to transfer funds or upload proof of payment, the instructions shown at checkout and repeated in your order email apply.

Delivery times given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products cannot be returned. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items can be returned — contact us through the contact page and we will arrange it.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but packaging and specifications may change without notice. Vaping products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are not intended for non-smokers, minors, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

To the extent the law permits, JP Vapes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.
